Woman wants to tell friends she's pregnant: millions laugh shortly afterwards
Greater London (England) - This attempted announcement went completely wrong. Jess from Greater London actually wanted to tell her two friends Stacey and Laura that she was pregnant. But the two ladies were completely on the wrong track. Instead, millions of users can now laugh at the video that went online on TikTok at the weekend.

The clip was uploaded by Jess' friend Stacey, who can be seen in the left half of the picture. Laura is sitting next to her on the right. Both are holding a card with the words "Best friends" on it.
As the curious video was recorded a few days before Christmas, Stacey thought she was just holding a nice Christmas card in her hands. So she just skimmed the text.
Of course, Jess followed up when her friends didn't react as she had hoped. But while Laura slowly shifted gears, Stacey remained perplexed.
"When Laura asked, 'Did you know that already?' I was even more confused because I had no idea what was going on," Stacey told Newsweek this week.
But you can see in the video that eventually the penny dropped for her too.
Stacey, like the TikTok audience, takes it with humor

In the end, it all comes down to the same thing for the friends: after a long run-up, Stacey and Laura finally slap their hands over their faces at the same time.
"I didn't even realize Jess was filming. If I had noticed, I might have figured it out a bit sooner," Stacey justified to the US magazine.
It happens all the time as her mind is usually elsewhere, she added. But the Brit can take things with a sense of humor, just like the TikTok audience. In just three days, the video has received more than three million clicks and a good 400,000 likes.
"I'm definitely the one in my circle of friends who laughs the most - and usually at my expense," Stacey confessed to the news magazine at the end.
