Trier - Martina Big (36) has already gone under the knife countless times to get closer to her dream of becoming an "exotic Barbie". Now the German model is heading to Africa!

The 36-year-old, who was originally born a white woman, has completely transformed herself in recent years following a tanning injection and now identifies as dark-skinned.

As Daily Mail reports, her journey to becoming an "exotic Barbie" in 2019 even led her to a baptism in a Kenyan church, where she was given the name "Malaika Kubwa ". According to Martina, her aim is to build bridges between cultures.

But that's not all: Martina is even planning to emigrate to Africa. She and her husband Michael are said to have already received invitations from fans in various African countries to settle there. Kenya and Namibia are reportedly on their list.

However, before she changes continent for good, she still has some extreme cosmetic surgery on her agenda. Martina would like to have her nose widened and her bottom enlarged.

The former stewardess caused a stir back in 2017 when she presented her dramatic transformation on the "Maury Show" - much to the horror of the studio audience.

She and her husband Michael had injected themselves with Melanotan, a synthetic hormone to darken the skin.

These injections not only changed Martina's skin color, but also her eye color and her hydrogen blonde hair and eyebrows.

But it wasn't just her outward appearance that changed. Her way of thinking is also said to have changed as she intensively studied African culture and decided to adapt to it.
