Custody dispute: Alleged child's mother takes Elon Musk to court!
New York (USA) - Author Ashley St. Clair (26) claims that Elon Musk (53) is the father of her child - now she is taking legal action against the Tesla boss!

Ashley St. Clair caused a stir on February 15 when she announced on Platform X that she had given birth to Elon Musk's baby five months earlier.
Now the author filed a lawsuit for sole custody of her son in the Supreme Court of the State of New York on Friday, as People reports.
The 26-year-old and the entrepreneur are said to have had a relationship in May 2023, with the child conceived in early 2024.
Elon Musk is said not to have supported Ashley with the baby

According to Ashley, the boy, who was born in September 2024, has "no relationship with his father".
Musk is said to have neither been present at the birth nor been involved in the upbringing in any way. Instead, the SpaceX founder is said to have only seen his alleged 13th child three times.
In her lawsuit, Ashley is demanding paternity as well as child support for her son. Elon has not yet commented on the allegations.
