When American Bully sees that his canine sister is suffering, he does something heartwarming

New Zealand - Sibling love is often up and down, but when it comes down to it, the bond between them couldn't be stronger. American Bully "Tukie", whose reaction to his sick sister melts the hearts of internet users, proves that this is also the case with dogs.

Tukey's sister, pit bull dog Lulu, had injured her paw. As a result, the four-legged friend from New Zealand had to wear a transparent neck collar as well as a plaster cast. Anyone who knows dogs knows that such protective collars can be super annoying for the furry friends.

In addition to the injury, which certainly caused pain, Lulu also had to cope with this annoying restriction in everyday life.

And as if the American Pitbull could sense that the dog was suffering, Tukie was right by her side after her arrival at her familiar home and didn't let her out of her sight for a second.

In a video posted on TikTok by Tukie and Lulu's owners , the injured Lulu can be seen lying on the sofa while the American pit bull appears to be literally guarding her. Afterwards, Tukie offers her the best medicine: a big dose of cuddles.

"Just call me Nurse Tukie," the dog owner writes on the clip, which has been viewed almost a million times. And she reassures her viewers: "Lulu is 100 percent fine." The pit bull had merely torn a claw.

Tukey's caring nature is celebrated in the comments section, especially because the "American pit bull" breed is often described as dangerous. "This is the cutest thing I've ever seen," raves one user under the video.

According to Pet Helpful, pit bulls were actually once bred as family dogs. Everything changed when the four-legged friends began to be trained as fighting dogs.

Although this is generally no longer the case today, prejudices against the breed persist.
