Dallas (Texas/USA) - When your partner doesn't really know you, it can sometimes have really unpleasant consequences. And that's exactly what a young TikTok woman recently experienced first-hand.

Last week, Jaime Wystub reported a curious incident with her husband - and left her more than 21,000 followers in shock.

"I'm sitting at the airport right now. Guess where my husband is," she reported as she filmed herself and then the plane on the tarmac.

"He's on this plane. Guess where I'm not," she added, indicating that she had been left alone. But why?

"He got my birthday wrong." Ouch.

With the wrong dates on her boarding pass, Jaime had no chance of getting on the plane and so had to buy a new ticket. Viewers of the clip were left speechless - and got really angry with spouse Matt.

However, Jaime doesn't seem to be angry with her sweetheart. In an update video, she laughs to herself and explains that this is exactly what could have happened to her. That's why she let her lover do the booking in the first place - it's just stupid that he had at least as much trouble doing it as the young woman probably would have.

Incidentally, Jaime was not stranded on a vacation trip. Instead, she had wanted to accompany her husband to a fire drill. That was also the reason why Matt had to fly without her - after all, work came first.

For Jaime, it was "no big deal".

Nevertheless, she experienced a real horror flight afterwards. After flying for a while to her stopover in Dallas, the plane took what felt like an eternity to finally land due to thunderstorms. And then their connecting flight was also canceled.

Matt immediately made up for his faux pas. As the location of his exercise was "only" about three hours away by car, he decided without further ado to pick up his loved one from the airport in person. After all.
