Four people on train injured with hatchet, one has his hand chopped off
Paris (France) - Four people have been injured with a hatchet on a French commuter train.
A police spokeswoman said that the attack in the Paris region was in retaliation. Two people were seriously injured, two others only slightly. The exact circumstances of the attack were still unclear.
