Woman gives birth to baby: how her cat reacts to the newborn enchants everyone
Scottsdale (USA) - Even during her pregnancy, Andrea McCue noticed how affectionate her cat Diana was. When the baby was born, the pet reacted with particular cuteness.
Many parents worry about how their pets will react as soon as the family grows by another member.
Andrea from the US state of Arizona was no exception. She told Newsweek that her cat often lay on her baby bump and "purred almost every night".
It seemed like Diana was already bonding with the soon-to-be-born baby - and when son Cannon was finally born, the feline responded even more lovingly and empathetically than before.
In a sweet video shared by Andrea on her TikTok channel, she can be seen hugging Cannon while the cat also cuddles the baby .
Diana even seems to have a smile on her face - a sure sign that the kitten is feeling very comfortable.

Andrea herself was very happy about her newborn. "When I have the baby on my chest, Diana is always close by and cuddles up to him carefully. Fortunately, Cannon has never had an allergic reaction," said the US-American.
With over 1.9 million views and more than 400,000 likes, the video went viral. Many TikTok users reacted very warmly to the adorable clip.
