Woman leaves temple and seconds later immediately needs the help of the gods
India - When a woman left a temple in India, just seconds later she needed the help of the gods she had just prayed to. A surveillance camera filmed the bizarre moment and it wasn't long before the footage spread beyond the country's borders.
The whole thing is said to have taken place at the beginning of October at the Mansi Residency in Dindoli, India. The woman, whose name is not known, had been to a Hindu temple in the morning for prayers, where she had made offerings to the deities.
On her way home, the unbelievable happened: on the CCTV footage, the Indian woman can be seen crossing the road completely unaware when a water tank suddenly came crashing down on her from above.
But miraculously, the tank had fallen with its lower opening right on top of the woman, who was therefore not directly hit by the tank.
Residents rushed outside when they heard the loud bang and eventually found the Indian woman standing upright in the water tank, peering out of the hole at the top.
Crazy video shows woman almost crushed by water tank
The witnesses believe that it was divine providence in the incident that the woman escaped completely unscathed. It was probably thanks for her good deed and prayer in the temple, they say.
According to the Daily Mail, police found out that a scrap collector had caused the accident while clearing old items from a terrace. The water tank was accidentally knocked down in the process.
Thanks to a lucky coincidence, however, the woman was in the exact spot on the street where she was not crushed by the tank.
