Little dachshund meets baby: cute duo melts millions of hearts

USA - US-American Charlotte can now call herself a mother of three: In addition to her full-grown French bulldog, her little son "Sonny" made her life happy nine months ago. But the family obviously didn't feel complete yet. So a little later, a small dachshund puppy moved in with them.

Charlotte was certainly aware that getting a small dog, which initially needs a lot of attention and training, shortly after the birth of her son was a big risk.

But the young woman had a deep desire: she wanted to watch her son and the dachshund grow up together and become best friends along the way.

And it seems that this dream is becoming a reality. At least that's what the first few weeks together seem to predict.

Charlotte posted an adorable clip on TikTok of the baby boy and dachshund puppy getting to know each other.

And the footage couldn't be cuter!

In the video, you can see how child and dog become more and more familiar with each other, play together and, above all, exchange lots of affection.

Viewers are also simply enchanted by the sight: "OMG, he's so gentle when stroking the puppy", praises one user.

And the dachshund also seems to make an effort to always be considerate of his human brother. "Puppies love babies. It's like an unspoken bond," explains another person in the comments section.

Charlotte's clip has been viewed more than 2.3 million times on TikTok. We can certainly look forward to more cute videos of the two little ones in the future.
