Woman looks at her cell phone at the airport and can't believe what she's reading

Texas (USA) - For most women, traveling alone as a female is an overwhelming experience in itself. But if you then have to have an unpleasant experience in this situation, it is even more difficult. A woman from the USA reports on TikTok about just such an incident at an airport, which she describes as her "scariest" experience.

Kirsten, who usually shoots make-up videos on the video platform, addressed her viewers with something more than unpleasant this time.

In her clip, the Texan can be seen talking to the camera, completely distraught: "Guys, I'm at the airport and the scariest thing just happened to me." During a layover in an unnamed city, Kirsten suddenly received a text message.

A stranger, who was also at the airport, had contacted her with a disturbing message.

"Hi Kristen, my name is Nate," begins the text message from the strange man. "I saw you and thought you were so beautiful, so I had to find a way to talk to you. I saw your number on your luggage tag and decided to text you. I promise this isn't as weird as it seems! Giving a guy a chance? 🙂"

Kirsten found the pick-up line anything but romantic! For her, the behavior of the man named "Nate" is more than assaultive.

"First of all, he spelled my name wrong," she rants in her TikTok video. "Secondly, if he wanted to talk to me so badly, why didn't he come up to me and talk to me like a normal person?"

In addition to the completely bizarre text message, Kirsten has another fear: what if the man not only wrote down her cell phone number, but also the rest of her personal details that were on her luggage tag?

"I'm also particularly disturbed because my address is on my luggage tag, so he could possibly know where I live now," says the US-American.

The young woman doesn't know when and where the stranger saw her number. "I have no idea who this guy is, I didn't notice a guy looking at me or anything."

Her video on TikTok went viral after it was published in the summer. The comments quickly filled with testimonials from other women who had also fallen victim to unwanted advances.

After this experience, Kirsten can only advise all travelers to always cover up or turn over the luggage tag on which the sensitive data is written.
