At only 37 years old: Model and DJane falls from balcony and dies

Kuta (Bali, Indonesia) - She was beautiful and successful, but now she is dead: Courtney Mills (†37), who worked as a DJane and model, has died in a tragic accident.

As reported by"Nine News", among others, the 37-year-old from Melbourne fell from a balcony of a residential complex in Kuta last Friday.

Courtney suffered life-threatening injuries and was admitted to hospital shortly afterwards, where she underwent emergency surgery.

Just two days later, the Australian died of her serious injuries. Courtney's sister Kiani confirmed the tragic death of her loved one on Instagram: "It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Courtney's passing. My mother and I traveled to Bali on Saturday and were by her side until the end."

The Djane had been living on the popular vacation island for several years. In the past, the OnlyFans model repeatedly had bad accidents. In 2023, she fell down a flight of stairs and suffered a brain haemorrhage as a result.

When Courtney wanted to go to a wedding in 2018, she was involved in a serious scooter accident in which her ex-partner was seriously injured.

"She was beautiful, had a big heart, was happy and carefree. She enjoyed life to the full," said her mother Diane Mayne, describing her daughter.

The model was very active and always on the go. "She would drive for hours just to DJ for an hour. She flew across the country to do the work she loved so much," Kiani told theHerald Sun.

Just five days before her death, Courtney posted a short video on Instagram of her swaying her hips in a pink bikini to the 90s hit "Barbie Girl".

Her death was ruled an accidentby the police . The Australian's mortal remains are to be cremated in Bali on Wednesday.
